    We require a valid credit card on file in order to protect us against invalid or undelivered tickets. Prepaid cards will not be accepted.
  • • I understand that if the event is cancelled, I am required to provide a full refund to Ticket Rescue within 5 business days of the event being canceled.
    • I understand that the ticket(s) will need to be delivered on time as promised, and will not be used, reprinted or reissued to anyone other than Ticket Rescue. I understand that failure to abide by this agreement can result in a fee up to 300% of the amount paid to me by Ticket Rescue or the full amount incurred by Ticket Rescue as result of the breach of contract.
    • I understand that submission of this form does not guarantee a completed sale. Once the agreement is submitted, the information is run through our seller approval system. This system can either accept or reject the submission. If the system rejects the submission Ticket Rescue reserves the right to cancel the sale.
