Where can I inquire about job opportunities with Ticket Rescue?

What if I sell tickets to an event that is later rescheduled?

It happens!  As long as your tickets are valid for the new date (even if the date is TBD) the sale remains!  In some cases, new tickets will be issued to you – most commonly, if there is a venue change. In this case, make sure to reach out to us and send the new tickets.  If you have any concerns about your tickets, shoot us a message!  We’ll help you get to the bottom of it. 

What do I do if I accidentally sent invalid tickets?

If you have accidentally sent invalid tickets, make sure to let us know as soon as possible!  We’ll walk you through how to issue a refund so that no fees are incurred.
