I understand that I am unable to cancel my sale to Ticket Rescue if the event is postponed, rescheduled or relocated
I understand that if the event is fully cancelled, I am required to provide a full refund to Ticket Rescue within 5 business days of the event being canceled.

I hereby acknowledge that I am the original purchaser and rightful owner of ticket(s) valid for entry and eligible for resale to the event and seats provided above. I promise that the ticket(s) will be delivered on time and as promised and will not be used, reprinted or reissued to anyone other than Ticket Pickers LLC. I understand that failure to abide by this agreement can result in a fee up to 300% of the amount paid to me by Ticket Pickers LLC or the full amount incurred by Ticket Pickers LLC as result of the breach of contract.

• I have confirmed that all listings for the ticket(s) that I am selling have been fully removed from all other resale sites (StubHub, VividSeats, etc.)
• Submission of this form does not guarantee the sale. Once the agreement is submitted the information is run through our seller approval system. This system can either accept or reject the submission. If the system rejects the submission Ticket Rescue LLC reserves the right to cancel the sale.
