How do I know if my tickets are transferable?
Most tickets are transferable through Ticketmaster, LiveNation, Flashseats, AXS, and more. To check, just pull up your ticket on your account and see if there is a “transfer” or “send to a friend” option – if there’s not, no worries! Oftentimes, we can accept E-tickets and Mobile QR tickets through screenshots. Reach out to our chat reps and we’ll look into it for you!
My transfer says it's pending, what does that mean?
This means that we have not yet accepted your tickets into our account. No worries! We will as soon as we can.
My tickets do not have a transfer option, what do I do?
If your tickets are electronic, you might still be able to email us the PDF or Mobile QR screenshot. Our chat representatives will help you figure out what to do!
I transferred my tickets but Ticket Rescue has not received them, what do I do?
First, make sure that the email and name were entered correctly. If they are correct, make sure to complete the transfer through a computer, as there are sometimes errors with mobile transfers.
I only have hard copy tickets, is there anything I can do?
There sure is! We purchase hard copy tickets and wristbands a few days before the event date (to allow for shipping time). Reach out to our chat reps to see if we are still buying for your event date!
