- To recover amounts owed under our Seller Terms of Service, including by charging a card on file.

We don’t sell your personal information.
5. TEXT MESSAGES.
If you give us your mobile number, we’ll use it to text you about your request, including with automated technology, as described in our Seller Terms of Service. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.
6. COOKIES, PIXELS AND ADVERTISING.
We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to run our sites, prevent fraud, understand how our sites are used and measure our advertising.
- Tags from Google and Meta on our sites collect information about your visit and the ads you clicked.
- When you submit our offer form or sell tickets to us, we may share the ad click ID and a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address with Google and Meta, so they can tell us whether our ads led to a sale. They handle this information under their own privacy policies.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can limit ad personalization in Google’s Ad Settings and Meta’s Ad Preferences, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info (U.S.) or youradchoices.ca (Canada). Our sites don’t currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
7. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION.
We keep personal information as long as we need it for the purposes described above, including completing your sale, preventing fraud, handling cancellations and refunds, collecting amounts owed, and meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or de-identify it.
If you put a card on file, it’s stored by our payment processor; we keep only a reference to it. It stays on file after your sale so we can recover amounts owed under our Seller Terms of Service. You can ask us to remove it once your sale is complete and nothing is owed.
8. SECURITY.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
9. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS.
- Access, correction and deletion. Email help@ticketrescue.com to ask for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it. We may keep some information where the law requires or allows it, for example to complete a sale, prevent fraud or collect amounts owed.
- Texts, emails and ads. Reply STOP to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in an email, or ask us, to stop emails. See Section 6 for ad choices.
- Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. This may mean we can’t complete a pending sale.
We’ll verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. IF YOU’RE IN CANADA.
We handle personal information of people in Canada in line with Canadian privacy law. To access or correct your personal information, or to withdraw consent, contact our privacy officer at help@ticketrescue.com. We store and process information in the United States, where it may be accessible to U.S. courts and authorities.
